Golf courses · Ordering on the course

The club restaurant, all over the course.

Players order from the hole with a QR code or the buggy tablet and pay when ordering. The kitchen gets it instantly and the runner knows where they are, on the real course map.

Everything a club needs

From the hole to the kitchen, and from the kitchen to the hole.

Ordering, payment, kitchen and delivery designed for a course: long distances, patchy signal and players who keep moving.

One QR code for the whole course

The same QR code at reception, on the tee or by WhatsApp. The player opens their round and their partners join with a code.

Tablet in the buggy

Set up once, it opens on its own when the caddie master hands out the buggy. When it is returned, it is wiped clean.

Pay when ordering

By card or Bizum, through the club's POS. A minimum order if you like, and refunds from the dashboard.

Delivered wherever they are

At the hole they choose or wherever their buggy is, following their GPS on the course map.

Map for the runner

The real course map on the tablet, with each player and their order. "On my way" and "Delivered" with one tap.

Built for patchy signal

A network drop does not throw the player out of the menu or empty their basket: they send the order as soon as the signal is back. The runner still sees their list and the course map, and "On my way" and "Delivered" are sent automatically when the connection returns.

Caddie master

Hands out and collects buggies, sees who has each one and which orders are in progress.

Kitchen with alerts

Each order comes in with the hole or destination, with a sound alert and sorted by course.

Daily close by hole

Sales by hole, by buggy or on foot and by payment method, with VAT, every night.

Veri*Factu

Veri*Factu invoices with the Spanish Tax Agency QR code.

Delivery on the course

The runner knows where to go.

The real course map, stored on the tablet. Each player with their name and order on top, live. The holes are placed once by walking the course with a phone, and the buggy's position is turned into a hole number automatically.

The club menu on the buggy tablet

Buggy tablet

Order without getting out of the buggy.

The tablet is fixed in the buggy. When the caddie master hands it out, the menu appears on its own; the player pays from their own phone by scanning a QR code, without typing their card into a shared tablet. If they prefer, they order from their own phone to the same bill.

Frequently asked questions

What golf clubs ask.

What if there is no signal in the middle of the course?

Sending an order and paying need a signal. If it drops, the menu stays open and the basket is kept: the player sends it when the signal is back. The runner does work offline: their list and the map are stored on the tablet, and what they mark is sent automatically when the connection returns.

How are payments taken?

The player pays when ordering, by card or Bizum, through the club's virtual POS. The money goes straight into the club's account.

Do I need tablets in the buggies?

No. With the course QR code any player can order from their phone. The buggy tablet is optional.

How does the runner know where the player is?

From the GPS of the buggy or phone, if the player allows it, or from the hole they choose when ordering.

Is it Veri*Factu compliant?

Yes. Marcha issues Veri*Factu invoices and closes the day every night with its sales and VAT.

How much does it cost?

€199 a month + VAT per club, or €1,990 a year + VAT. No set-up fee, no lock-in and no commission on sales, with a 30-day trial. If the club closes part of the year, the fee can be paused.
